About Me

I’m Dr. Adenike Wejinya

Public Health Researcher, Health Promotion Advocate, and passionate voice for community empowerment and equity.

With a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology (Specialisation: Food Microbiology & Biotechnology), a Master’s in Public Health, and years of experience working across government services and programs, NGOs, and grassroots initiatives, my mission is simple: to break barriers in public health – especially for underserved and low-income populations.

My work focuses on:

📌 Health promotion and education

📌 Reducing inequalities in child and family health

📌 Using research and storytelling to inspire policy and social change

Through this platform, I share evidence-based insights, community-led solutions, and bold ideas to reimagine public health one post at a time.

When we invest in one child’s health, we rewrite the story of generations to come.

Outside my public health hat, I’m also a content writer and motivational storyteller. I love crafting messages that lift, spark action, and remind us that purpose is power.

📬 Let’s connect—public health is personal, and together, we can make it global.
